If you are measuring customer satisfaction, also known as CSAT, and collecting CSAT in Salesforce, this article will walk you through the steps to get the CSAT score to the Ultimate Dashboard so you can have a better overview of everything in one place.
Follow the steps below to get CSAT score from Salesforce:

In the Ultimate Dashboard, navigate to CRM Settings > Integration Parameters

Enable Enable CSAT Collection

Choose the CSAT Object from the dropdown-menu

Fill in the Score field. This is the name of the field where they store CSAT scores internally in Salesforce

Click Save
✅ Success!The CSAT Score will now be visible in Conversation Logs when feedback was provided.
