Create a multilingual bot
This is the first stage of bringing a multilingual bot to life. If you already have a monolingual bot and would like to turn it into a polyglot, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
Here are the four stages to launch a multilingual bot:
- Create a bot (contact your CSM)
- Add languages
- Translate/Build replies and dialogues
- Activate new languages
