Carousels are a rich messaging type that is great for displaying different options with a visual element.

How to add a carousel to a dialogue?
- Go to the dialogue where you want to add a carousel
- Click + and select Carousel
Enter the parameters to the card fields. Each carousel can have up to 10 cards:
- Add buttons to the card:
- Each card can have up to 3 buttons
- Can't mix text buttons and buttons with external links under the same card
Note that different CRM platforms have different limitations. Select the CRM platform you use to see more:

To capture the scenario when chat visitors don't interact with the carousel, turn on the fallback block by clicking the Carousel block, then toggling the Fallback option in the right side drawer.
When on, the fallback block will be triggered if the user types something instead of using the card buttons.
The content of the carousels can be filled automatically based on chat visitor input by incorporating API integration with your back-office systems.
