With SunCo, Welcome Reply can be triggered directly from the Dashboard by doing two simple things below:

Add your reply text or dialogue to the Welcome Reply in Content > System Replies. Learn more about how to set it up here

Add
Smooch.startConversation()
to your SunCo widget.
After doing these two things, the Welcome Reply will be sent to customers without adding an action to trigger it.
If you change your mind and want to deactivate it, follow the steps here to disable it.
