Getting access to the Ultimate platform is an exciting time. Access can be granted by a Client Admin within your group or by your CSM at the time of onboarding.
Once your account is created, you will receive an email (subject: Your Ultimate account has been created). It is possible this may go to your spam/junk folder, so do look out for it after your admin sends the invite.
Click Get Started in the email to set up your password then you will be able to log in.
The link is only active for 24 hours and is unique to the recipient. If you don't activate your account within 24 hours, contact your Client Admin or CSM to have a new invite sent.
