Using the Test Bot button gives you a safe space to test what you have built outside of your CRM environment, compare to how you would determine your Virtual Agents' end-to-end impact.
When building dialogues, the fastest way to understand how it works for a user is to use our Test Bot feature. It is easily accessible as a button at the top of our Dashboard and can be accessed no matter where you are.
You can use it to test:
- If a message can be recognized by the bot
- Any dialogue flows that you are building or have built
When clicking Test Bot, a chat window will pop up in the bottom right. You can then start chatting with the bot as a chat visitor to understand the bot's behavior.
