Step 1: Authorize LiveChat
- Login to Ultimate's Dashboard and select your bot
- Go to Settings > CRM Integration > Add Integration, and click Add Integration (
- Select LiveChat from the drop-down
- Click Authorize
If you are already logged into LiveChat (https://my.livechatinc.com/home) the authentication will happen immediately, alternatively you will be asked to login.
Step 2: Enable Suggestion Engine
- Enable the suggestion engine by switching the toggle (1)
- (Optional) Open suggestions integration parameters (2) and select the relevant group(s) from the drop-down (3) click Save
By default all groups will receive suggestions, if you have different languages please configure the correct group here.
- Your License Number will be added automatically to our dashboard after authorization
- Click Save
Step 3: Install Ultimate suggestions app to LiveChat
Install our app so that agents can see the suggested responses in real-time
- Go to https://www.livechat.com/marketplace/apps/ultimateai-app/
- Click Install
Step 4: Authorize the app
The agent will see the app on the sidebar and will be asked to authenticate
In the agent's chat view you will find a new Ultimate tab
Click on the new tab and authenticate by signing into LiveChat
Now suggestions will appear for each incoming message and the agent can simply click the most relevant response and send it to the client
That's it! Now your Ultimate suggestion engine bot is connected to your LiveChat account.
