Note that only reports created after January 13th, 2021, are the New Impact Report. You can easily create one with existing messages or importing data from your CRM platform. e.g. Zendesk, Salesforce, etc).

How to use Impact Report to train the bot
Go to Training Center > Impact Reports, click your latest Impact Report, and scroll to the bottom to the Frequently Asked Question section. You should see a list of topics curated by our AI.
In this list of topics, hover over the topic you want to train, and click on Explore & train on the right. You'll see expressions on the left and intents on the right.
As you select the expressions on the left, you can see how the AI algorithms are doing these two things simultaneously!
- Suggesting a similar one by highlighting them with similarity level on the left
- Matching intents for you on the right
Filter setting recommendations
Simply click on Filters on the top-left and you'll see a drawer on the right giving you the options.
