The Overview Page provides an overview of how close to launch readiness your bot is and the next steps included in your Bot onboarding.
The Overview Page is broken down into a few different sections which we will cover in this article:
- Status and Settings
- Progress Bar and Info Panel
- Progress charts: Intents & Expressions, Actions, and Reply Coverage
Status and Settings
This section is in line with your bot name and contains some key information about your bot.
Name | Description |
Bot Status |
This is set by your CSM at the moment. In the future, this will switch based on whether the automation trigger is live. New - This is the default state before any actions have taken place in Ultimate. Building - This is when you have started to create Intents. Live - This is based on whether or not the automation toggle is turned on and is set by your CSM. |
Channel | Which type of bot is this, based on what was determined in the set-up and within the Settings |
CRM | Which CRM is connected as determined in the CRM Integrations area |
Language(s) | Which languages have been added, which is set within the Bot Settings > Languages area |
When your bot is marked as live the overview page will show different information than what you see pre-launch
Progress Bar and Info Panel
Onboarding stages are broken down into the8 key stages that take place during the onboarding and that are fundamental to setting your bot up for success.
These 6 stages will each have a progress bar that will tell you which stage you are currently looking at, which is in bold. As you complete items related to that stage, the progress bar will fill with purple.
For more details on your progress, you can hover over a stage name for a more granular view on what is the next step to complete the stage.
At every stage, you will have further information, guidance, and related knowledge base articles to help you understand what exactly is required to complete the stage.
Progress charts: Intents & Expressions, Actions, and Reply Coverage
To track your progress the progress charts will give you a visual representation of how the stage tasks are progressing.
The colors work on a traffic light system. Red means nothing has been done, Yellow means it is progressing, and Green means it is completed.
Hover over the section for additional information on what it is representing.
The lightbulb icon in blue can be popped out for further details on the way these charts are calculated.
For in-progress Intents, only Intents that have been created through AI Training or Content Coverage Analysis will be shown, not those added from the Content Marketplace.
Compared to Chat Automation - Ticket Automation has a specific step and chart for Actions as it is typical that actions will be added as part of the setup and testing before replies are added.
